Yes. The platform calculates VAT according to the customer's jurisdiction — EU OSS for consumer sales, UK and EU reverse charge for B2B with valid VAT numbers, and UAE VAT where applicable. Invoices generate on payment and are emailed with the order confirmation. Manual invoicing is available for wire-transfer customers.
Yes. Order management, wallet & loyalty, and reviews each run independently. Many merchants start with one module and add others over time as the operation grows.
